Exhibition & Advertising Opportunities
**DEADLINES AND CANCELLATIONS**
The signed contract and full payment must be received by December 31, 2025, to ensure that the Symposium Organizers can fulfill the terms of the contract.
A Contributor who wishes to cancel their contribution after their signed application has been received but before January 9, 2026 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations after that date will not be eligible for a refund.
All cancellation notices must be submitted in writing.
Booths and contributions will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
