Keynote presentations are limited to 35 minutes with an additional 5 minutes allowed for questions and answers (40 minutes total time).

Keynote presentations are limited to 25 minutes with an additional 5 minutes allowed for questions and answers (30 minutes total time).

Oral Presentations
Oral presentations are limited to 15 minutes with an additional 5 minutes allowed for questions and answers (20 minutes total time).

• All presentations must be in PowerPoint format.
• Mac users: Please make sure your presentation has the proper converting device, format layout and fonts when opened in Microsoft PowerPoint.

Poster Sessions
Poster presentations will be divided into two sessions to facilitate interaction with authors. Posters are scheduled to be up and viewable for the duration of the Symposium and will be located in the concourse.

• Poster must be in A0 format (width 84.1 cm, height 118.9 cm) and written in English. 
• All posters should be mounted before 9:30 on January 29, 2026 and be removed after 17:00 on January 30, 2026.

Best Poster Awards

The Best Poster Awards will be announced at the Closing Ceremony.
Three recipients will be honored, and each will receive a certificate and a cash prize of NT$5,000.
